How to Place an Order

1. Register / Log in to your account.
   • This helps you track your orders next time you visit.
   • Click on the product you want, choose your size, and add it to the cart.
2. Review Your Cart
   • After selecting your items, click the cart icon.
   • Confirm everything is correct, then click Proceed to Checkout.
3. Enter Your Details
   • Fill in your contact info and shipping address (make sure it's accurate).
   • Click Continue to Payment and choose your preferred payment method.
4. Payment Status
   • The website will show whether your payment was successful or failed.
   • If it fails, try again or use another payment method.
   • Contact customer service if you have any issues.
     
     
     After Payment: How Your Order is Processed
     1. Order Processing
        • Once payment is successful, our team receives your order immediately and starts processing it.
     2. Product Preparation
        • Within 2-3 days (3-5 days for clothing), your items will be prepared for shipment.
     3. Quality Check (QC)
        • After preparation, our team will send QC photos via email or WhatsApp.
        • Review the photos and confirm if everything looks good. Then we ship your order.
     4. Shipping Updates
        • Once shipped, you'll receive updates via email about your order status.
        • Then simply wait for your package to arrive.

     Note: International shipping takes approximately 12-14 business days. Please understand that orders cannot be delivered immediately.
